Payment is accepted by debit or credit card, card details are stored securely, until payment is taken. Once payment has been taken, a confirmation e mail will be sent confirming the order and when it will be posted.
All orders in the UK are posted by recorded delivery, requiring a signature on arrival. Please ensure you are available to receive the order or collect it from your local depot within a week. Orders not received as no signatory was available will only be despatched if further postage costs are paid for. Orders can be posted outside the UK, these orders are sent by airsure, prices are available on request. A signature is also required for these items.
Returns policy
Goods can be returned for a replacement if they are damaged in the post, please return the item within a week to qualify for a replacement.
Opened and used goods cannot be replaced free of charge.
Please note product advice is available from an experienced Aesthetic Nurse, some of the products contain strong active ingredients and may cause irritation. If in doubt please ask for advice using the enquiry form. When buying a product for the first time it is advisable to buy the lowest strength, and introduce new products one at a time.
